Offenburg – For the seventh time, Germany's best employers were elected by the news magazine FOCUS-BUSINESS in cooperation with the employer evaluation platform Kununu. HOBART, the Offenburg-based specialist for commercial warewashing, was once more voted among the TOP employers.
The list of the best national employers 2019 is based on more than 140,000 employer assessments by the companies' own staff members. Judgements from an independent online questionnaire by the market research institute Statista GmbH, a survey of XING members, and current Kununu dates were combined to form this assessment. The result gives an impression of the employee satisfaction, which is a major factor for success: Companies that manage to sustainably motivate their staff and provide them with an orientation for personal development and corporate strategy can more easily survive even turbulent times.
